50g Super Berry Overnight Oats

1tbsp chocolate chips, optional

1tsp maca powder

1pcs chopped dates

½ tsp baking powder

 

Wet ingredients

1tsp natural peanut butter

1tbsp date or maple syrup

3/4 cup almond milk

 

Toppings, optional

Dark chocolate chips

Scoop of pistachio ice cream, optional

Baked Oats Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (fan).
  2. Mix the ingredients together and pour the mixture into an ovenproof ramekin.
  3. Sprinkle chocolate chips over the top.
