Baked Oats Ingredients

Dry ingredients

50g Super Berry Overnight Oats

2 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder

1 tsp chocolate chips, optional

½ tsp baking powder

 

Wet ingredients

1 tbsp natural peanut butter

1 tbsp date or maple syrup

¾ cup almond milk

 

Toppings, optional

1tsp peanut butter

1tsp chocolate chips

Baked Oats Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Mix the ingredients together and pour the mixture into an ovenproof ramekin.
  3. Spoon the peanut butter into the centre and chocolate chips over the top.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes and enjoy!
