Disclosure to third parties
If we are requested by the police, or any other regulatory or government authority investigating suspected illegal activities, to provide your personal information and/or user information, we will do so.
Should a customer report an adverse health event following the use of our products, we have a statutory requirement to process this sensitive health personal data and inform the appropriate regulatory authorities if the event is designated as serious.
