This super easy Chai Hot Chocolate recipe combines some of our favourite things – hot chocolate, festive chai spice and a protein punch!


The perfect recipe after a long winter’s hike, this winter warmer not only tastes great but with a whopping 29g protein per serving it will help your muscles recover, ready for the next big adventure. Give it a try.


Hot Chocolate Ingredients


1 scoop Pea Protein Chai Spices Flavour


1tsp Nutristrength Coconut Oil


2tsp cacao powder


2tsp Maple Syrup


300ml unsweetened coconut milk


Hot Chocolate Method



  1. Add Chai Hot Chocolate ingredients into a large mug with 150ml warm plant-based milk.

  2. Mix very well until everything is combined and no clumps remain.

  3. Add the remaining hot coconut milk, mix again and enjoy!
