What To Look Out For At BeFit 2018
Whether 2018 will be your first visit, or whether you've been going for years, here's a few of our favourite things to look out for at BeFit. Hopefully we'll see you there!
As BeFit London is just around the corner, we’re getting ready for our 3rd year exhibiting at the show. Over the years, BeFit has been one of our favorite consumer shows to attend. It’s always great to see some familiar faces while also meeting lots of new, exciting people. We’ve compiled a list of our favorite things to experience at the show so be sure to keep your eyes out for these great brands and the wonderful people behind them.
If any of you have been to BeFit before, you’ll know you can’t miss Nicki and the Rebound team screaming at the top of their lungs while bouncing up and down on indoor trampolines.
Rebounding is an excellent full body workout that burns fat, strengthens the core, legs and upper body. The workout is designed to be low impact and easy on the joints. It’s incredibly fun and exciting for everyone so be sure to check them out.
Yogland is a high protein, low sugar frozen dessert. Their desserts taste so similar to protein ice cream, made with whey protein and sweetened with stevia. Over the years they’ve been offering healthy smoothies, shakes, waffles and even protein cookie sandwiches.
In the past, we’ve collaborated with Yogland to make some tasty protein deserts and I’m sure that will be back on the cards this year at BeFit!
Oatly offer a great tasting oat milk, perfect for those intolerant to cows milk or lactose. Over the last couple of years Oatly has hosted one of the main stages at BeFit, whether it’s a talk from industry professionals, nutritional experts or live cooking demos, it’s always been great to check out what’s going on at the Oatly stage.
HIIT with Lilly Sabri
Lilly is a chartered physiotherapist and specialist Pilates instructor. Last year we had the pleasure of Lilly cooking some of her favourite dishes at the Nutristrength kitchen. Bouncing between her demo with us and hosting some seriously intense High Intensity Interval Training, we could tell that her classes were worth attending. Lilly will be hosting two HIIT workouts this year at BeFit so be sure to book in on one or both of these classes if you’re looking for a serious, core burning workout.
Nutristrength Kitchen (Stand B46)
Last but not least is, of course is the Nutristrength kitchen. As usual the team will be looking forward to seeing you and we’ll have the amazing Szabina cooking up some new, tasty, protein rich treats all weekend. If you’ve tasted some of her delicious food at any of our live events over the past 2 years you know you’re in for a good time. This year she’s going to be making raw, vegan friendly Salted Caramel and Banana Brownies. We’ll also have our drink dispensers available so you’ll be able to taste all of our natural, protein powders. If you didn’t feel like trying them all over the weekend we’ll have some special deals happening on our sachets and tubs so do take advantage! We’re also sampling and selling our two newest products, our Goat and Sheep Whey Protein Mixed Strawberry and our Pea Protein Smooth Coffee. If you haven’t tried these two yet, you need to!
