Protein Pumpkin Porridge

Falling for fall? This vegan protein-packed pumpkin porridge will set you up for your favourite walks through the crisp leaves.


  • 60g rolled oats
  • 1/3 scoop Pea Protein Classic Vanilla
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree, cold
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1/3 cup of water
  • 1 tbsp coconut cream
  • Maple syrup to taste

Optional toppings

  • Coconut flakes
  • Pepitas
  • Banana
  • Almond butter
  • Cinnamon
  • Coconut cream

How to make a protein pumpkin porridge

  • Place rolled oats water, and milk into a saucepan and simmer on medium heat for 5 minutes
  • Add pumpkin purée, coconut cream, maple syrup and protein powder
  • Stir well
  • Serve with coconut flakes, pepitas, cinnamon and a scoop of coconut cream, almond butter, and banana
