Protein Crepes - Fettucine Noodle Style

Holy crepe! No more boring protein snacks. This simple recipe really does taste as good as it looks. There's only one way to find out - try it for yourself!


  • 1 scoop Pea Protein Classic Vanilla
  • 60g oat flour (or 80g all-purpose flour)
  • 3 egg whites
  • 1 whole egg
  • 100 ml soya milk
  • 100 ml sparking water
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • coconut oil

Protein crepes method

  • In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the oat flour, baking powder and Nutristrength pea protein vanilla protein powder
  • Add in the egg, egg whites, water and milk. Whisk until combined and no lumps
  • Heat the oil in a frying pan on a medium-high heat
  • Pour the batter into the pan, evenly and thinly coating the surface
  • Cook for 2-3 minutes (until the crepe begins to form holes)
  • Gently flip the crepe over with a spatula and cook for another 2-3 minutes on the other side
  • Repeat until you have used all the batter
  • Roll and slice to use as “noodles”
  • Serve with yoghurt, chocolate sauce, blueberries & raspberries
