Not all great recipes have to be overly complicated or contain lots of exotic ingredients. Sometimes, some of the best desserts have simplicity at their heart. This tasty Protein Bombe recipe contains just 3 core ingredients but is certainly impressive enough to grace your Instagram feed.

Protein Bombe Ingredients

2/3 cup Super Berry Overnight Oats

1-2tbsp maple syrup

1 cup plant milk

 

Filling, optional

1 tbsp any nut butter

or

1 tbsp jam

Or both!

 

Toppings:

Dark chocolate/white chocolate

 

Protein Bombe Method

  1. Heat up the milk and then mix in the oats and the syrup.
  2. Let it cool for about 15 minutes and add the filling in the centre of the mixture and cover with oats from the side. Let it sit overnight in the refrigerator.
  3. Gently take it out of the bowl the next day and top with melted chocolate and decorate with chocolate flakes/peanut butter.
