So, the clocks have gone back. That may mean one extra hour in bed but it also means that the darker nights and colder days are upon us. If, like us, you’re already on your fourth tea/coffee/hot chocolate of the day, we know just the thing to spice up your go-to hot beverage selection. This tasty Rose Pink Latte recipe is just as delicious as it is beautiful.
Made with Nutristrength Beet Powder, it offers anti-inflammatory properties as well as being a good source of nitrates, which protect your cells from damage. You can’t get all that from your instant hot chocolate!

1tsp Nutristrength Natural Beetroot Powder
250ml Unsweetened almond/coconut milk
1 tbsp cocoa powder
2tsp date syrup/agave syrup
1 tsp rosewater
100ml hot water
- Warm the milk and beet powder in a saucepan. (Do not boil!). Froth if desired.
- In a mug, mix cocoa powder, rose water, date syrup and hot water until smooth and creamy.
- Pour the frothy beet milk on top of the latte and stir it gently. Enjoy immediately!
