Ingredients

1 can chilled coconut cream

1 scoop Goat & Sheep Whey Protein

1 block (225g) firm tofu

1 cup goat milk yoghurt/coconut/soya/Greek yoghurt

3-4tbsp honey

1tsp cinnamon

1tsp cardamom

1tsp vanilla bean powder/paste

1tbsp bee pollen + 1 tbsp water

 

Toppings

Blueberry, raspberry, coconut, pumpkin seeds, bee pollen

 

Method

  1. Spoon coconut milk (leave the liquid behind) into a bowl. Add yoghurt, honey, Goat & Sheep whey protein and mix until well combined.
  2. In a separate bowl, add tofu with cinnamon, cardamom, vanilla powder. Crumble the tofu into small pieces using your hand.
  3. Fold the tofu crumbles into the yoghurt mixture and stir in well.
  4. Transfer to a bowl and add toppings. Enjoy!
