Cinnamon Tahini Bites

Cinnamon in a sense is sometimes like marmite, some love it, some hate it and some can tolerate just a little hint. It is the hint that makes Cinnamon great for treats. -  But seriously Tahini bites!  If you've ever tasted sesame snaps, this could be the snack for you, plus they're super easy to make and store so why not have a go, if at first you don't succeed...


50g Almond Flour

20g Oat Flour

30g Sesame Flour

20g Roasted Sesame Seeds

2tbsp Coconut Oil

35g Whey Protein Isolate Unflavoured

2tsp Cinnamon

20g Ground Flaxseed

20g Chopped Almonds

50g Tahini Butter (dark or light)

2tbsp Agave Syrup

1tbsp Organic Coconut Sugar

1tsp Vanilla Bean Paste

water  (add little water if the dough feels too dry)


1tbsp Roasted Sesame Seeds
