Beetroot Porridge

Porridge has been a staple breakfast for many of us. It is easy to make, fills you up until lunchtime and is just great for those mornings of the winter months. So this is Beetroot porridge with apple sauce. Simply fantastic.


1 scoop Nutristrength Natural Beet Powder

 ¼ cup Rolled Oats

½ cup Almond Milk

Quarter of an Apple peeled and finely diced

Apple Sauce (for topping)


1) Combine milk and rolled oats over a medium heat until the desired consistency is reached making sure to stir regularly to avoid any burning or sticking

2) Add in the finely diced apples and stir until combined evenly

3) Remove from heat and add the scoop of beetroot powder and stir until colour is evenly distributed

4) Drizzle over apple sauce and serve

NOTES | you may wish to add more milk or drizzle over some cold milk before serving for presentation
